We collect information you provide directly: email address when creating an account, and Skills you submit for optimization. We also collect usage data such as page visits and feature interactions via anonymous analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to provide the optimization service, process payments, send transactional emails, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Your Skills and Content
Skills submitted for optimization are processed by our automated pipeline and are not shared with other users or third parties. You retain full ownership of all submitted and optimized content.
4. Data Storage and Security
Data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Evaluation reports include cryptographic hashes for tamper verification.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payment processing), and Vercel (hosting). Each operates under their own privacy policies.
6. Data Deletion
You may request account deletion by emailing support@presientlabs.com. We will delete your account and associated data within 48 hours. Some data may be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication sessions. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
